Every person deserves to feel his or her best in life.  You deserve to be able to have energy to do the things that you enjoy and the mental stamina that it takes to enjoy them as well.  Do not settle for something less but instead make yourself aware of the many things in life that are great about you.

 Self-esteem is very important to making sure that you feel your best.  If you are not self-confident then you will be more likely to have issues with staying healthy.  You will not want to put for the effort that it requires to maintain great health in life.

 Choosing to learn how to have great self-esteem is important and something that many people are unable to do because one reason or another.  Do not allow yourself to fall into a path of self-negativity but instead focus on all of the things that will keep you feeling great about who you are.  Also realize that it is important to have the knowledge of these things as well.

1.  Learn To Cheer For Yourself

When you want to feel your best you have to have the confidence that it takes to be your beset.  Learn how to be your own biggest cheerleader.  Be proud of your accomplishments and pump yourself up sharing them with others.  Remember if you are not cheering for yourself that it is likely that no one else is going to be cheering for you either.

2.  Choose To Sweeten Your Life With Color

Many people do not realize that they can sweeten things in life with their brain.  Eating or drinking sweet treats out of cream or orange cups or plates will make you think that they are sweeter than what they are.  This is a great way to be able to reduce sugar in some of your favorite recipes without them tasting too bitter.  It is shocking to learn that you can actually make yourself taste different things by changing the color of the dishes that you eat these things out of.

3.   Eat A Healthy Diet

A healthy diet is very important for a number of reasons.  It is absolutely necessary to eat healthy if you want to feel your best.  Not only will you feel better physically but when you are eating healthy you will have a more positive outlook on life and feel better mentally.  So learn to eat a balance of different foods with plenty of vegetables and fruits that are packed full of essential vitamins and minerals.  The best thing is that you when you learn about healthy diets you will even learn that certain fruits and vegetables help you appear younger because of the vitamins and minerals that they contain.

4.   Watch What You Eat All Of The Time

Be careful about the things that you are putting into your body.  Regardless of if you need to lose weight or not, try to find new ways to enjoy your favorites.  Do not buy products that have high levels of preservatives or lots of ingredients that you can not pronounce.  Make sure that you are paying attention because sometimes you would be shocked by all of the different calories and fat that are actually in seemingly healthy foods.  For instance some salads actually contain more calories and fat than full meals and entrees at restaurants.  So you can think that you are making a better choice and in reality you are actually make a choice that is less healthy than what you originally thought.

5.  Stay Calm

Learn how to keep yourself calm all of the time. No matter what is going on arounds you the desire for yourself should be to learn how to manage the stress and maintain in control.  Staying calm is great for your blood pressure and cardiovascular health as well as being a great way to help others feel comfortable around you.  Learn breathing techniques or take yoga.  Spend a little bit of time each day thinking of nothing and relaxing your mind with meditation.  These things can drastically improve how you are able to handle yourself in stressful situations.

6.  Learn How To Relax

Learning to relax is not something that comes naturally to most people.  Instead of stressing about your inability to relax, take the first steps and start relaxing on your own.  Learn how to manage your anxiety and how to control certain feelings and urges that you might have.  Relaxation techniques are easy to learn and there are a lot of them that you can find that will be available for you and can help you learn how to let go of things and truly relax.  If you are struggling with this you can buy a book, CD, DVD, or even attend a class that will teach you how to relax.

7.   Share Extravagant Meals Instead Of Saying No

Many times in life you are going to want something that is not the best for you.  This often happens with people and food.  Extravagant meals that have huge portions are just one way that people end up doing something that is not going to help them feel their best.  Instead of eating the entire meal yourself ask if someone will share a meal with you.  You will still be able to enjoy the extravagant meal but you will not get overly full or have other issues if you are sharing the meal.

8.   Share All Dessert

Never eat an entire dessert alone.  While you might not realize it sometimes a small dessert might actually have more calories that your entire meal.  Choose to share all desserts and you will be able to enjoy these treats while still being able to be healthy and feel your best.

9.   Drink Plenty Of Water

Drinking water is essential to feeling good.  Not only does drinking water help you to stay hydrated but it also helps you to have plenty of clarity and focus in your daily life.  Make sure that you are drinking enough water to be healthy so that you never have to worry about how you feel.

10.  Maintain A Healthy Blood Pressure

Whether or not you have a healthy blood pressure is really going to affect the way that you feel.  Be strict with how you take care of yourself and you will have a healthy blood pressure and feel great.  There are many ways in which you can help maintain a healthy blood pressure.  Having the right diet and feeling good overall is just one of them.
