Reading at the Ross Library in Lock Haven, PA

Next Wednesday I will be reading my book Charlie the Cavalier Begs for Attention at the Ross Library in Lock Haven, PA.  To celebrate the even I also created a bulletin board at the library for the month.  I hope you enjoy the board and the children in your life can come watch me read.  If not I have done a reading online that you can watch here.

I did a reading last month at Renovo elementary school and loved it!  The kids are each going to make and bring some their own Charlie the Cavalier puppet.  They can then use the puppet during the reading and even if they want to video chat with other when they get home.  I am really excited.  I can’t wait to share the story with more children and adults.

I am again very happy with the illustrator Magdalena Takáč.  She bring the story to life with amazing colors, illustrations, and great ideas.  Thank you so much!  I am lucky enough to be creating a second book with her: Charlie the Cavalier Travels the World.

Lisa Rusczyk put up this very colorful bulletin board featuring her very first children’s picture book, Charlie the Cavalier Begs for Attention. The bulletin board is located in the lobby of the Youth Wing on the second floor. Lisa will be reading her book at story times on October 8th and 9th. Ross Library is very pleased to host our very own local author and have her share her delightful little picture book with you! Please join us!
